THIS IS A 100% HIGH WATERY SWEET FRUITS NOTHING COOKED SHALL BE CONSUMED, EVERYTHING MOST BE EATEN RAW, NO HERBS, NO SPICES, NO NUTS, NO SEEDS, NO GREENS, NO TEAS ARE ALLOWED. NO AVOCADOS, NO COCONUTS, NO DURIAN ALLOWED. ONLY HIGH WATERY FRUITS ARE ALLOWED NO JUICING ALLOWED. NO TOMATOES. CUCUMBERS, ZUCCHINI, SQUASH OR ANY OTHER BOTANICAL FRUITS THAT MOST PEOPLE THINK ARE VEGETABLES NOT ALLOWED NO ALKALINE WATER, SPRING WATER, MINERAL WATER, FILTERED WATER ALLOWED. THERE ARE ENOUGH ORGANIC MINERALS IN FRUIT: ALLOWED FRESH COCONUT WATER OR DISTILLED WATER IS ALLOWED The group feast will begin on September 1st and ends on September 30th noon PST All high water sweet fruits are allowed, Example Melons, berries, grapes, cherries, mangoes, oranges, apples, pears, papaya, dragon fruit, Smoothies are allowed in small quantities. NO MORE THAN 2 BANANAS A DAY. Bananas are not high water. Dates and other dried fruits are allowed as long as they're raw or sundried. Also, these should be in small quantities or used for sweetening a smoothie but never as a meal. They're too concentrated and do not contain enough water.
